The Power of Saying "No"

If you are feeling overwhelmed or stressed, there's a good chance it's because you are over-scheduled and over-committed. Those things happen when we say yes to too many things and aren't discerning about the opportunities that come to us. We just take everything that comes our way and hope for the best.
