As business owners, we are often resistant and hesitant to taking time off. But periodic time off is crucial to your success! And that's never more true than at the holidays.
Today I'm sharing why I'm taking time off from the podcast (and other areas of my biz) and why you should too.
Plus why focusing only on our "business owner" hat all year isn't a good thing and why taking time nurture the other hats we wear (ie - sister, mother, daughter, friend, wife, etc.) is so important.

I give myself permission to take a couple days off to nurture my relationships - with myself and with others.
Take some time - planned or spontaneous - to nurture your relationships this holiday season. This includes the relationship with yourself and the relationships with those around you. Use this time to reconnect and gain perspective.
